This month the Shakespeare Quartos Archive publicly launched, a site which I helped to build and design. The website features the complete digital collection of rare early editions of Shakespeare's Hamlet.

On May 20, 2009, I graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Integrated Design from the University of Baltimore.
The Master of Fine Arts is a terminal degree (meaning the recipient can teach at the university level), and the University of Baltimore's program in Integrated Design is uniquely formulated to develop design fluency in multiple media—not only print, but also motion, video, multimedia, and web-based technologies.
For my graduate thesis project, I built upon my interest in Middle Eastern graphic design by creating a website about Arabic, Ottoman and Persian calligraphy. CalligraphyQalam.com targets college-aged students of Arabic, and includes many interactive features such as a discussion forum, a timeline, nine videos, an image gallery and much more. Read more...
In the fall of 2008, I worked with a team of designers to develop a new visual identity and marketing plan for a Baltimore-based non-profit called The Woman's Industrial Exchange. The identity helps establish the Woman's Industrial Exchange as a premier destination for hand-made gifts. Read more...
